Rajiv Jain, portfolio manager of the Virtus Foreign Opportunities Fund

has been named Morningstar's 2012 International-Stock Fund Manager of the Year
(U.S). This award recognizes portfolio managers who
demonstrate excellent investment skill and the courage to differ from the
consensus to benefit investors."
Blue Water has utilized the Fund to manage the growth component of its
developed international equities allocation since the firm’s inception in 2007.
